(hence the iffy on masters of horror... he wrote several of the episodes for the show but did not direct one.... and it was shot in North America)

One time I did a "Thing" and it was "The films reels from "Cannibal Holocaust" funny thing...me and my horror buddies were playing and they actually guessed it right on question 20 lol.
