A truckload of sexy stuff is hot on the streets after a delivery van was stolen from a Plymouth Township sex toy and lingerie company's corporate headquarters.

Lover's Lane employees returning to work at 7 a.m. Monday discovered a truck carrying more than $10,000 in merchandise missing from parking lot at 46750 Port Street, Plymouth Township Police Sgt. Eric Anderson said.

The Western Wayne Auto Theft Task Force reported at 4 p.m. Monday they'd found the truck abandoned in an alley near Green Street in Detroit. But the passenger door and steering column were damaged and the products inside were missing.

Police did not have an inventory of what was taken.

soooo...how does one go about fencing these products? :rofl:

or does one end up selling them out of the trunk of a car?

most likely, they end up in dumpsters or in some field.

it would be cool if someone took some SuperGlue and mounted the toys to various municipal buildings in the metro area. :D

Anybody remember that episode of Good Times where the family tries to make some extra money by selling underwear, and bras out of their apartment? Hahaha! I bet this will all go down in a similar fashion.

Raid in Detroit yields drugs and stolen sex toys

Police raided a two-family flat in Detroit and came away with drugs, loaded guns and sex toys believed to have been recently stolen from a semitrailer in the suburbs.

Wayne County Sheriff Benny Napoleon said Friday authorities found 150 young marijuana plants and nine firearms in the previous day's raid.

In addition to the pot, officers collected cocaine with a street value of about $7,000, drug paraphernalia and eight boxes of lingerie, sex toys and other adult items.

Police say the items are believed to be among the goods stolen Sunday night or early Monday when a truck carrying thousands of dollars in merchandise was taken from outside the Lover's Lane offices in Plymouth Township.

One person was arrested in the raid and is in the department's custody.

Ewwwwwwww! lol I didn't think about this before, but now I'm really wondering what they will do with it. I believe they have a "no returns" policy for customers, so I would hope that they would just write this stuff off, but its going to land somewhere if they don't destroy it. I just wonder where? Creepy!

OK reminds me of a true story. When I was married my friends were having an adult toy party. I told my wife about it and she was confussed to what it was. I explained that they would be selling vibrators and things of that nature. My ex asked" what is Tracy selling her old stuff"? She was asking seriously and I busted out laughing right in her face!
