The most "common" of the really-hot peppers seems to be the Habanero which is pretty much totally unedible (I ate one on a dare my first day working in the produce department of meijers 9,000 years ago and thought I was dying or something lol)

But , the death-by-pepper level of the Habanero is a joke compared to the ones further up the list. Especially since the kind of Habanero they sell at the store is on the very low end of what they list there for their "heat rating".

Surprised they don't have "DGN Chick In a Vinyl Miniskirt" up there near the top. This must be old data.

Haha I DID get to try this...they had some at the local market. A note to anyone else that wants to try this...BE CAREFUL! Also, tell you boss that you are taking the next week off because you will be getting a super-flu.

The heat doesn't die and it took an hour to finally develop into the hellish nightmare that it was...and that isn't saying that it didn't start off hot either! Nothing took the heat away...milk worked for a second but even holding it in my mouth didn't work...I would have gotten sick trying to keep the heat down with milk.

If you put this in your friends food as a prank you are an asshole...and don't even get me started on what it did to mine...
