1 bedroom-taking over my lease.

$595/month-7 Months

Great, quiet apartment complex in Rochester Hills

Here's the deal-I have to move because of work, I had someone to take it over and backed out last minute.

Must make under $31,000 a year. Pass credit approval. Be a non student.

Looking for move in June 1st.

A friend told me to come here and someone will jump...best apartment I've ever lived in!!!

If you want/need some furniture can/will stay.

too expensive for a one bedroom IMO. A 2 bedroom that would be a fair price. I wouldn't try anything over $500 for a one bedroom, but even then 500 would be pushing it. I never paid anything over $400 for a one bedroom personally. But if you find a buyer hey, more power too ya.

In Rochester Hills under $400!?!?!?

595 for Rochester Hills is not bad especially for a one bedroom. I paid 674 in Royal Oak for a one bedroom when I lived out that way.

No offense, but the only 1 bedroom apartments for under $500 that I know of are not the best quality, and/or are in really bad neighborhoods. Plus $595 a month is a total steal for Rochester Hills.

I referred him here, so you know he's legit on this, too. :) I figured there were a few folks saying they were looking for a place, and he has one...

hm I found a place in maddison heights for 350 a month. And any other place I lived was usually about an hour or two north of Detroit. Maybe I would just get the lucky finds.

EFG, $350 in Madison Hgts.? When I was living in the Corridor, I thought my studio on Selden was a steal at $350 (utilities except phone/internet included)--and that was nearly a decade ago! Is the place you have income adjusted or something? I am amazed. Good find.
