EPIC FAIL. Ok its all well and good to protect ourselves from rape. Im not gonna lie Im a victim myself. firstly not all rape is to the vagina. Mouth and ass. Sure mouths have teeth but if your being raped with someone with a weapon or some other circumstances warrants not biting then its traumatizing as well. Now you also have this scenario all the rapist has to do and many do is stick a finger up there. Oh whats this? Well well well. So most likely in a violent rape your gonna get beat and killed and probly maybe even still raped once the device is removed. Even if the attacker does not find it and shoves his genitals in that thing it better hurt alot like crippling pain. Because remember a rapist is gonna be pumped full of adrenaline so some bothersome thing getting stuck on his willy will only piss him off and then beating and killing. So it better make him scream in agony and fall to his knees while you escape. I give the creator props for trying to create something to protect women but in the real world this thing could end up being little effective. If it does help someone then awesome but I dont seeing this being effective enough to marval at. The only thing making this device work is alot of stupidity and rushing on the rapists part.

Exactly, this was designed for use in South Africa to be exact... where rape is almost culturally accepted. 1.19538 rapes per 1,000 people happen there every year. By contrast... 0.301318 per 1,000 people in the USA... 0.733089 per 1,000 people in Canada.
