Hi I'm Sean!

Im a full time father of 3 girls I just got custody of my daughters two years ago after my divorce from nearly 3 years ago.

My life typically consists of working alot and then being a nurturing father to my kids.

I have two job titles at my company, webmaster and commercial pesticides applicator (the later is probably why I stay so physically fit, lol).

My taste in music are pretty schizophrenic, but largely for the past few years have encompassed 'shoegazer' (slowdive, mogwai) and 'ebm' (project pitchfork, assemblage 23, detroit diesel, etc)

My first time in CityClub was in 1996 when I was snuck in (at 16 lol!)

My hobbies are largely music and art (and definitely technology including cellphones/ mobile devices). If it makes music I can play it, but am the most skilled at guitar, bass, piano and singing (and digital) I draw, photoshop, webdesign, video edit and mix audio (big fan of adobe products lol) ( don't really have the time, but have always wanted to start another band)

Anymore I pride myself on having a very boring life. Growing up as a runaway (I escaped from juvenile and never got caught, unfortunately) my life for a long time was pretty fucking nuts. That being said, finally having stability and structure is a blessing.

As a dad I think it's pretty interesting that my kids like my music... my daughter's playlist includes Hannah Montana and Covenant lol!!! I said that I find this interesting as I don't force any of my interests on my kids, rather I encourage them to be themselves.

(god I feel like a douchebad for writting all of this) Favorite movies would be the Matrix Trilogy, True Romance, The Things You Do In Denver When You're Dead, Vanilla Sky, favorite books would be The Good Earth, The Neverending Story, and Dead Boys, Dead Girls Dead Things, Invisible Monsters (chuck pahlaniuk is amazing)

Im a beer snob, and won't drink anything that says 'bud' or 'light' on it, lol.

I make AWESOME chinese food! =D (and yes, my kids can eat with chopsticks!!!)

I just turned 30 in January 2010. (thats fucking crazy. I'm 30! )

Anyways thats about it for now. I'm a great listener so if anyone needs to talk just send me a direct message. Im a fairly intelligent person who has been around the block (a few times) but wise enough to know that I have lots to learn.

(am I actually going to post this? sigh, ....)

Hi there Sean! I'm also a beer snob and a coffee snob too but that's as far as my snobiness goes :) It sounds like you're doing a great job with your kids. It's refreshing to see a Dad that got custody (I actually have custody of my kids but I think that their dad is cool with it).

      About to head up to Roseville to return this rental and pick up my truck from the auto shop.  It is supposedly sporting a newly fabricated frame rail...I don't think they are referred to as "chassis" anymore as I see the confusion in shop owner's eyes when they ask me if I'm looking for "body work?".   But I do find it interesting that I told the owner that I worked direct with OEM parts and yet he still wrote me up an invoice with overpriced OEM parts from companies I used to host at the place I used to work for.  With that said, I'm expecting a stellar job for the amount I paid.   ...else, there will be some talk negotiations.

      ~~~~~ Definitely wishing you luck.  Do enjoy yourselves.   But I have to admit, the first thing that came to mind was does roadside assistance reach the desert? 😬
      ~~~~~ Yeah, it's like something happened to my metabolism this past Winter and when I came out of hibernation, that AARP Join Request started looking like something to check into.

      This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...
