Yeah, as much as I love bacon, I'm going to pass on that one. Everything I've had with bacon or bacon flavor (gourmet chocolate at one end of the scale and these jelly beans that nearly killed me on the other) have tasted a full ten point range of god awful, either because of the preservatives added to the real bacon or (blech) the smoked chemical-based flavors that are supposed to replicate bacon flavor.

Instead, I'm going to have to experiment to see if I can successfully substitute bacon fat for vegetable oils to pop stove top popcorn.
