DetroitGothic.Net turns TEN FUCKING YEARS OLD ON WEDNESDAY!

To celebrate, we (along with DGN staff/Moderators) are encouraging people to meet up at Industrial Wednesday.

Come out and enjoy some drinks, good times and kick ass music.

We would love to see as many DGNers there as possible.

Congrats to DGN on turning 10!

DJ Nocker [Former Dead-Line and Censor resident DJ] along with DJ Saint [City Club DJ 2002-2010, Dead-Line resident and more]

will feature a non-stop mix of the latest and the greatest industrial, coldwave, EBM, future-pop,

goth, noise and synthpop music (and videos) for your dancing/listening pleasure.

INDUSTRIAL Wednesdays offers the community a modern night that focuses on

exposing new music, up and coming bands and diverse sounds

through an eclectic and varied music mix that will also include your familiar favorites as well.

Doors at 10 pm and lasting until 2 a.m.

Public Parking is available on Jos Campau or the public parking lot located directly across the street behind "Shoppers World".

Beers, shooters, martinis, wine and signature drinks available.

Absinthe is occasionally on the menu.

Cygnosic - Fallen (available digitally now on Death Watch Asia. Very strong debut CD akin to God Module)

Surgyn (with awesome mixes by Modulate and Phosgore!)

Uberbyte (whose song MOwr FOcking COwbell is an instant dance club classic!)

Siva Six (The Home of Horus is chock full of great remixes)

Solar Fake - Frontiers (electro-sythnpop-goth.. you all should look into this band. Good stuff)

Nullvektor - I Walk Alone (gritty noise stuff with a dance edge)

and a bunch more.

We love playing the new material but we also play your favorites and throw in a few surprises as as well. You never know what you will hear...

Come out, enjoy the new music and hit us with request should you feel so inclined... We're offering something way different than the other clubs, come discover what it is!

SUPER PUMPED! I hope to see as many of you out that can make it. Even if you can only stop off for an hour or so, it would be nice to see your faces .

WAS SAD THAT THERE WEREN'T MORE DGNERS WHO WANTED TO SHARE THE LOVE WITH LEET DJs, MYSELF, TROY SPIRAL, AND THE COOL DGN CROWD WHO SHOWED .

Now that my disappointment is out there, I and my entourage had an AWESOME time. Everyone got super wasties for cheap (except me, I try not to look sloppy in public anymore so I got to come home to some El Toro after a slight warm-up at the bar). I danced so hard in those heels that I contemplated cutting my feet off when I got home instead of merely removing my shoes.

And I got two requests played :wub: ! Partied with Black Jack, James, Iris, Ricky, obviously Saint and Nocker (whom I now lump into one title, as I consider you married at this point ), Nocker's lovely gf (it's okay...I won't tell her about you and Saint ), Drunkishi, wormsinwomb, Doc was there, electrosonik, and more that I'm assuredly missing.

Looking forward to next time as always .
