Waterproof Eyeliner?

Been experimenting with a bunch of new makeup looks, some of which involve eyeliner on my lips, all of which involve lots of eyeliner in general. That's right, I'm an eyeliner whore, so sue me

The issue I'm having is I'll either get eyeliner in my waterline and then my eyes will water and totally wash away my cool designs, or I'll need to eat/drink and that will take care of the eyeliner on my lips. Do they make waterproof liquid eyeliner? I think liquid looks better personally. Can anyone recommend some? I hate just going out and buying crap and then finding out it sucks lol.

h20 liquid eyeliner by wet n wild is magic. it's all i use for my eyebrows.

I use the entire Revlon Colorstay line religiously. Their eyeliner is exceptionally rugged, and I strongly recommend it.

I second what Vicki said. H2O from wet and wild is the only thing i use as my eyebrows ...dancing at City for 5 hours...then sleeping in it and my eyebrows will still be on the next morning! its so amazing it's creepy...and uber cheap HAHA

my last one has lasted me at least two or three months, and i use it daily, sometimes twice daily, and it's finally getting to the end. MAGIC EYELINER IS MAGIC

Couldn't find it at Walmart, so I bought waterproof Maybelline. I'll give a review once I use it~
