Same here, It is harder to dress up when it's a scorcher outside. 25TH sounds great because it falls on a Saturday, and when RenFest closes people can head to CC.

Actually the 25th is a Sunday which I thought would be good because there's less of a chance people will have to be working on a Sunday

I propose we just meet up in the front where people buy their tickets. The area's big enough to hang out while waiting for people to show, and I think there are a few benches to sit on.

Since it's a Sunday I will definitely try. I might be able to talk the fiance into going, though getting up early on Sunday isn't really his cup of tea. If he doesn't want to go, I'd have room for one or two people who I know and who live reasonably close or would be willing to drive to my place. We'll see.

Oh, we are actually leaving the following day for the flight. But the last time I went on a trip, my work had me work a 12-hour shift the Sunday before I left.
