October 28th, G:RAVE I. Halloween Rave

The management has agreed to allow us to run events there under D:K Productions (Robert, Jon, and Mike of D:Konstruct). We will be setting up events from now on at The Token lounge for your entertainment. We will also be looking to set up an industrial night on Thursdays there with a room for dub step as well. We are shooting for that Monday Necto/Saturday CC crowd for a regular Thursday thing. I will let you know soon when we do this. In the mean time, we have pre-sale tickets for the G:RAVE for $10 for everyone so 18+ can get them at a discount through one of us and or our crew. Void and Jinx will also be selling tickets at Necto so ask them about it. The Token Lounge has a nice sound system, decent drink prices, and great parking. Tickets are selling fast! Maximum capacity is 600 and with Zoo Logic's crowd and the others, the younger crowd are picking them up fast. I or one of my crew will be outside the Token Lounge selling tickets on Friday nights from 8-10pm and of course at CC if you catch one us. Becca, aka Figet, is also selling tickets. With lights and sound, our vision is to give the crowd a powerful industrial/hardcore techno rave feel. We will feature bands later on down the road but we want to raise money to bring in bigger national acts. If you want to be part of D:K Productions, please email me, Mike Phipps, or Jon Yowell. If you are a DJ and or band that is interested in Thursdays or future G:RAVE events, email us as well. Although this is not a retro event, we also plan on in the future taking advantage of the space around Token Lounge to include the retro/Goth crowd in other buildings that will be connected with our events. Tomorrow night, come hear Void6, Jinx, Zoo logic, and others tear it up at the Token Lounge. If you are a frequent patron of Necto, you are not gonna want to miss this. Get there early, free parking! The main room will be industrial and dark electronic, the smaller room will be dub step I believe. Drink specials rock as well at Token. The party ends at 2am which also gives you some time to hit the other clubs if you travel from party to party. See you tomorrow night!
