Was a hell of a lot better and more disturbing than I thought it would be.... Kudos.

So it's worth me uploding it from icefilms to watch it?

We love it!

My favorite part of episode two is where Constance, Tate, and Moira are all standing around, nonchalant, saying "We have to get rid of the bodies. You get the bucket, and I'll get the bleach" lol

I'm really liking this show there are some funny bits in there

I usually have a 3 episode rule but I am giving it one more, if I am still meh then the wife will be watching on her own.

So far I feel nothing for any character, in fact so far the only character that has appealing substance is Constance and I think I am biased because for decades I thought Jessica Lange was hot.

Saw e04 last night, not sure what exactly it was but something made me go "Well, it is good enough for me to bother to keep watching and see how many holes I can poke in it."

I have to say, as much as I hate the "Self centered bitch" characters because they are usually a flat excuse for a lack of writing directing or editing skills Constance is turning of to have the most depth.

I'm am at that point where it is believable that she is a bitch because she is a bitch and doesn't mean anything by it.

Now Moira bugs me, it is bad writing to give so little back history to a secondary character then try to use it as a heart tug. It was something that didn't need to be done considering the same information imparted was given with the death of Addy.

Can't wait to see episode 4!

Constance is my favorite thus far, as well. Vivien and Ben frustrate and annoy me because they're so weak.

Have people been keeping up on this?

Any new thoughts and theories?

Digging this show but more questions keep being raised.

And I gotta say: being dead sure doesn't stop folks from getting laid a lot.

Loving this show!

So many people died in that house, though, it seems like if everyone were present at the same time, it would be shoulder to shoulder in there, lol.

Ben sucks elephant balls. I know we're not supposed to like him, and at the end I'm sure his character will be blessed with some redeeming act like sacrificing himself to the house, or something, but damn does he suck right now.

Does anyone else think the cop is really dead, and just doesn't know it?

And you're right, Deadcat! lol

You mean the rent-a-cop? No he isn't dead, if he is then he is violating the boundary rule.

I'm still of the stance that Constance is the only likable character in this train wreak and now they catholic psychodramatic overdone drivel.

Whats next? Exorcisms and a soundtrack reminiscent of Tubular Bells?

I think that is an FX requirement.

I like it... but I was a little disappointed that it became kind of "rule based" haunting... I always think it is scarier when the supernatural is not completely fathomable (IE The Shining, Twin Peaks, etc...) but that is harder to sustain.

Oh and Violet got 25 Goth Points for loosing her virginity to a ghost

Even though rules did appear, I don't really see them sticking to them throughout the whole series, which is why I was thinking the cop may actually be dead.

It's a fun show to watch, and I'm digging it. I know it's called American Horror Story, but I see it less about horror, and more about the relationships between people.

I shall not watch the spoiler!! lol

If they didn't have the boundary rule then all it would take is one evil ghost with my mentality and the entire city would be populated with spirits.

Heh... well... the spoiler is from episode 7

Yeah... I hope they go further outside the box again... I liked that....

The characters (despite what some of the differing opinions are about ti being drivel) I agree are the most compelling part.... there are a lot of metaphors mixed in with the existence.... Constance and her "ghosts of bad parenting." But there are "Ghosts of infidelity" and "Ghosts of hatred" also coming about... I love the fact that the characters are not whole and have issues and echos of dirt on them, even if it makes them "unlikable" it makes them very interesting and compelling to me.

They did imply that might be so.... but that the spirits loose power outside of the boundaries... The ghosts of the

Kids that were taken out all Columbine style

were all over the place.

LOL!!! 25 goth points indeed!

And I totally forgot about that! That explains why Tate couldn't "perform" that time, lol.

They did mention that the Ghosts of the property could only leave it on Halloween and left the impression that Tates school victims would only show up on Halloween. Take note they they haven't been seen since.

Yeah.... Tate is such a Motherfucker.

I wonder if once the original owner/wife gets a baby if the house will finally be at rest.
