Found this on Blabbermouth a few minutes ago, and have now listened to it 5 times straight.

...and "wtf" is still echoing in my head.

Ha! Nice. I don't care what anyone says....rarely heard any j-pop that wasn't ubelievably catchy. My interest has even been growing over time. Thinking about actually seeking out more these days. How nerdy would that be? Very....but I think I'm ok with that.

Wow...I've listened to a looooot of kpop/jpop and have never seen anything like that before. But, I'm actually not surprised...at all

The good quality one was removed by NBC, but I think this is one of the funniest things I've seen on SNL in years:

Never had any interest in them myself. Now, is J-Rock/J-Pop to Japanese-based music what anime is to Japanese culture in that that's all folks think Japan is about?

As far as Japanese rock/pop goes I'll stick with Shonen Knife, the raw garage sounds of Guitar Wolf, Japanese psychobilly and 50s & 60s Japanese rock n' roll and pop.

I can tolerate some "Japanoise" stuff but thats about it, even then its mostly because my girlfriend enjoys it. Although "Merzbow" is awesome.

Few that see what I carry on my media player *don't* realize I am into J-Pop a bit.

This is the opening to one of my favorite anime, and the only magna I now collect, Black Jack; the surgeon with the hands of god.

The lower video has translated lyrics.

Man, this is messed up; a member of K-Pop band Super Junior got the news that his father and grandparents are dead in a murder-suicide.

WOW!!! As much as I listen to, perform, and Karaoke J-Pop and K-Pop, I had no idea a thread of this nature even existed on DGN. Now I see there's actually a place to post about it...SWEET

Also, my condolences to those of the above post

I generally do not like live performances, but the filming of this one was handled rather well.
