I fixed your query.. I can also correct English but its probably better if Tron or Torn do it because I'm swamped with writing homework myself, and I don't know any German except Scheiße which I learned from some music video. Good luck.

For the "highbrow ejaculate". You have to understand that scientific elaborations have great importance in my country.

Image that the former secretary of defense had to resign because someone found out that there were several

incorrect citations in his doctoral dissertation (in other words, he had cheated and copied contents from other works).

Thats the reason why we often make fun of academic works.

Yes, plagiarism is a major crime in this country with several forms of punishments ranging from fines to resignations and even as far as imprisonment. Literary works comprising of fresh new ideas and viewpoints are highly coveted in America which is why the repercussion of stolen works can be so severe.
