I just upgraded the board software / image gallery software 5 versions to the most current one. Please post anything that looks broken/odd here.

Wow...I can't do jack squat from my computer so I'm posting this from my smartphone, but at least the Facebook button logo finally showed up

Is this still a problem? I've not had any "big" issues at all. I tried it on chrome, FF and IE. I have found some glitches , and small graphics that are MIA but the board as a whole looks fine to me.

I would post an image to show what I see, but I'll have to learn how to do it from my phone. I'm doing a software reinstallation when I get the change, but currently while checking the page element on Google Chrome, I have 2 failures and 4 warnings:

(In red) Failure to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

(In red) Uncaught ReferenceError: IPS_extra_plugins is not defined

(Warning) event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault( ) instead.

Using this varation of the skin for now , seems to be less likely to have screw ups. Are the same errors as above still present?

Noting has changed on my end...going to reinstall java, flash, New version of Google and security updates + a system reboot.

However, I did notice white dots under my avatar...haven't seen that in a while.

Troy, here's what I'm seeing.. I tried to reply to this topic, on my pc. No text box to reply in. I switched the theme to "IP Board" and it shows up.

Also, the "recent replies" box on the right on the main page is missing, along with the photo slideshow that's usually at the bottom. That's all I've noticed so far, however there was an issue I noticed even before the upgrade I wanted to bring up.

I get bored and go through pictures in that slideshow sometimes, and there are a lot of times where it will display an image, and when I click on it, it would bring me to a page saying "Sorry! You don't have permission to view that" Well, just wondering why it shows up in the slideshow if you can't actually go to the image file.

At any rate, like I said, when I switched to the IP Board theme, the text box to reply in shows up, so it's probably something with the DGN theme.

Thanks guys. My internet was down half the day , then i left the house, just got back.

Yeah that old skin i guess just isn't playing nice with the new version of the board software.

The gallery software is upgraded now too, can you find a specfic instance of this gallery error now?

Looks like it is all related to the default DGN skin, ill just change it altogether for now so at least whoever randomly shows up , even if it looks odd, wont have a broken board.

The stuff that is missing from the side block ====> was all custom things that got squashed with the new software, ill have to re-add them once i get the glitches and such worked out.

One instantly positive thing is DGN was getting spammed by massive amounts of bots, which, although a few are still getting through, whatever new built in security stuff there is seems to auto detect 99% of them and boot them.

Plus the facebook and other social media "like" and login integration crap should (eventually) work well with this new version (it doesnt work right now, requires some setup)

Yeah that is good news, I noticed that months ago, all these random bots showing up out of nowhere.

I like how you can change the color scheme, too. For those who haven't noticed you can do that in the upper-right corner of the page; there is a color block where you can set it to whatever you like. I went with this
