So I just found out my at-risk twice a week every week therapy provider is very soon to dump me cold turkey, for bureaucratic reasons. Just in time for my already non existant never had a childhood present holiday. Woo!

Actually a bit unsettling. and there typically isn't shit that scares me after the events of the last few years.
