This article is very upsetting and yet again affects how outsiders view the City of Detroit in a negative light, regardless of the fact that the incidents in question involving the officers took place in Suburbs surrounding Detroit....Warren and Gross Point, Michigan.

Whenever there is something bad going on, you can bet the actual City of Detroit will get the blame. I am very curious as to why this action had to be taken in the first place
