Wow!! Loved the drum rolls ..bang! hehe!!

Well here I am.

I'm not a goth really. I'm more of a person inclined towards exploring architecture, landscape architecture and music.. (I'm like... reading a lot on both stuff, surfing the Web to know more and satisfy my greed, to... Knowing ways to design our built environment in a more sustainable and gorgeous way). I dress up casually in shirt, t-shirts and jeans. I listen to tons of music, varying from Pink Floyd, The Doors, U2 to Green Day, Foo Fighters, Hans Zimmer to Evanescence, 3 Doors down, Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, ... A music junkie. So.. pretty diverse taste in music.
..
And yeah a totally different set for my dark passion. I'm completely in a different state of mind during the night while listening to these female fronted darkwave bands/artists. They kinda turn me on. Emilie Autumn, Jill Tracy, Athamay, Android lust, Poe, Diva destruction, Genitorturers (just love their song Asphyxiate and Confessions of a black heart ) , Halestorm, Tori Amos. I like plain dark music when it comes to them. Clean vocals, moaning, raspy voice. .. And yeah...I'm fond of gothic women in black Leather gloves overcoats and trenchcoats, boots.

Too cool, I studied architecture too...currently in a degree for Civil Engineering, though I will always have a love for the art of structural design.

Also, as you get used to perusing the site, you will find that most members here are not really goths either. DGN plays host to all genre of subcultures, beliefs, personalities, etc.

      About to head up to Roseville to return this rental and pick up my truck from the auto shop.  It is supposedly sporting a newly fabricated frame rail...I don't think they are referred to as "chassis" anymore as I see the confusion in shop owner's eyes when they ask me if I'm looking for "body work?".   But I do find it interesting that I told the owner that I worked direct with OEM parts and yet he still wrote me up an invoice with overpriced OEM parts from companies I used to host at the place I used to work for.  With that said, I'm expecting a stellar job for the amount I paid.   ...else, there will be some talk negotiations.

      ~~~~~ Definitely wishing you luck.  Do enjoy yourselves.   But I have to admit, the first thing that came to mind was does roadside assistance reach the desert? 😬
      ~~~~~ Yeah, it's like something happened to my metabolism this past Winter and when I came out of hibernation, that AARP Join Request started looking like something to check into.

      This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...
