Small Hand Held Tv

I am looking for a small hand held tv that I can hook up to cable. I don't want it to cost too much because I really do not watch that much tv. But there are a few shows that I like. Do they make something like that?

Computer... Hook it up and for like 7.99 you can get Hulu verses a crazy cable bill. I'm about to cancel mine and just do the Hulu thing.

Cell phone also if you want something handheld..depending on what phone you have.
