The "up vote" botton

If a few people could try this and let me know what happens it would be appreciated.  

 

1. when you hover over the "up vote"  button in the bottom right corner of every post does it pop up with a little box that says "see who gave you reputation?"

2.  When you click it does it work?   (the above on your own posts,  or actually change if its someone elses post)

Thanks man.  For some reason (random off topic) awhile ago  (like 24 hours) when I saw powdered sugar I thought of that time we talked for a bit at manfast.   Odd association.

 

Is there ZERO message when you hover over that heart?  What I mean by popup might be different than what your thinking.   It should say  "see who gave reputation" in small text when you hover.  Not exactly a "popup" i think the correct term is er...   tooltip.

The various terms are mouseover , mouse hover or hover box.

When I mouseover the box with the heart I get the message "See who gave reputation" and when I click it, a notification box opens at the top of the page to show who gave it.

I see, it only glitched once to show the notification box at the top of the page, else it opens at the top of the screen.

only thing i see when i hover is a link across the bottom of the page (on troy's last post, it shows the following...)

Poked around a bit, not seeing why some are and some aren't seeing the "who gave reputation" thing.  But the root question was  "do people that are supposed to have the proper permissions"  seems like they don't.  Everyone should be able to see at least who gave them personally upvotes.   (Leads me to believe there are other similar fails)  Have yet to find them.   

I'll put in a ticket about it.

 Still having this issue?  IPB told me how to fix it, just had to go through every dang group 3 clicks deep to find the setting so it took me awhile.

yes, same issue - i haven't logged out & back in for ages though, would that make a difference?

could be that it uses java built into your browser or some such that is outdated and the website assumes you have it.  That URL seems like its TRYING to display the info, but can't do it the way it wants.
