Illuminatrix Posted February 26, 2016 Author Posted February 26, 2016 - I can usually fall asleep after I get my eyes to feel sufficiently tired. - Sometimes warm milk with honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon is nice (Ignore the fact that it's almost 5am as I'm posting this; I accidentally turned nocturnal again)

Falling asleep to informative murder porn..lol Good ass sex that can knock ya out A room that is clutter free..surrounded by things that make you feel at home..like a Metallica poster..some scents you enjoy like different oils..I like lavender for sleep and rosemary. A glass of wine Sex A nice set of fresh sheets..satin helps prevent wrinkles from what I have heard A nightly regimine..ie..a routine..bath, a little reading, your favorite most comfy sleep gear, face moisturizer.etc... They say turn off all electric devices but I sometimes need the tv on..oops😯
kat (1) Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 Fun fact: I sleep like shit and completely skip the third stage of sleep. I go from light sleep straight to REM briefly. It sucks really bad and it's like a weird sleep apnea/ narcolepsy combo. FML
