March 1st sucks. Boyhood BFF died. (In my arms after he got hit by a car) Would-be fiance died in a snowstorm/car accident. WW2 combat Vet and grandfather that I was very close to all died on the same day. (Different years)

I was left in gramps will his unusual black metal band watch and his 'lucky ring' (Nazi SS officer ring, long story) the watch is so far gone a jeweler told me it would cost like 200+ to get it fixed. I started tearing up when I saw the Moto 360 smartwatch  which looks strangely almost like it was modeled after it.  But still isn't within reach. Bleh. Oh well.

Screw death. Odd , lately this sort of thing has been becoming more upsetting.

Hugs. I'm sorry. April 1 and Dec 24 is those days for me.  My dad ended his life that day after that big bank robbery nightmare, he lingered on life support til the next day and that was because they waited for all his family from out of state so they could say goodbye and the 5th, my birthday was his funeral.. The first day, the 6th was the burial but that is all the week of my birthday so even though our situations are different I understand the pain of how specific dates bring terrible memories back. Hugs and positive vibes.
