Oh, hi there. It is me, marblez. I used to be pretty active here but moved on for a very very long time. 

#1. I am not goth, I am goth friendly. Consider me a normal person that finds beauty in the goth aesthetic and people (except whiners, I can't stand whiners). 

#2. I am a Christian. I know this is a minority here, always was. That doesn't mean that I will try and convert you and please do not try and convert me. I teach Sunday School. That is a part of who I am. 

#3. You will start seeing my lurker husband around, say Hi. He's a total introvert, encourage him to speak up. He'll probably register as sycosis or something like that. 

#4. If I owe you a DGN cd from like 12 years ago, I found a few recently. All the rest were stolen from my car eons ago. If I owe you money for anything else, you are sadly mistaken.

#5. It was awesome to spend time with those that were at Red Apple last night. Hoping to see more in the future.

#6. got my crucifix. 

#7. I am 40 years old and I got fat again. 

#8. If you laughed at #7, you are an awful person and should be ashamed of yourself.

#9, #9, #9, #9..... If you don't get it, don't worry. It's not goth anyway.

Wait...we were supposed to be all goths here...and Christians are a minority.  Hummm, glad I never knew that or I might have been too intimidated to sign up when I did. 

I'm just an introverted, hyperactive nut who likes to dress eccentrically and listen to all kinds of music. I had no idea I was "goth" until someone told me that's what I must be trying to be. If so, then I have been this way since birth...

Happy to see you around again. I am the busy body that used to send out birthday wishes to everyone until the calendar function got removed during an upgrade last year.

Almost no one is 'really' goth, especially not me. At least not in whatever negative things it conjures  up for you. I've not been to 'a club' in ages. No one ever said that 'means goth'.

What goth is is very vague. All that extrapolation about what you will or won't do is confusing. At least in terms of dgn.

There is no trouble inherent. Confused/sad. Gotta be more to it than I'm reading.

If there is any hatemail it's either from a disturbed person that needs to get off dgn,  or someone that took what you said and interpreted in badly due to some tone that the read Inot the post.

 

Hasn't been any drama on dgn in years.this is the closest it's even come to.

 

BUT I also haven't set foother in City for years. Lol.

You have done more for the board historically then almost all of the rest of the members combined... The compilation, events, supporting local artists... That is all good
