n0Mad Posted September 4, 2023 Posted September 4, 2023 Currently listening to a playlist of Amapiano music. Interesting style and I'm finding gems I absolutely love.
jynxxxedangel Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 A mix of 1920s jazz, and 1970s CityPop. Raev, Slogo and Msterbeau 3
jynxxxedangel Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 "Candy," by The Blasting Company. I felt like having my heart ripped out, I guess. I can't resist a folk ballad, and this one has gotten me. My dear departed friend, "Savage Minstrel," would have LOVED this song. 😭
jynxxxedangel Posted September 9, 2023 Posted September 9, 2023 C. W. Stoneking - "The 'Love Me Or Die'" (about a fateful hoodoo charm) https://youtu.be/JlmsK59ncHs?si=ADzha2FLwGStHVYE

jynxxxedangel Posted September 13, 2023 Posted September 13, 2023 Men I Trust - "Oncle Jazz." This is a brilliant album. I can't quite pin a genre onto this group. Their music gives me a feeling of hyraeth. https://youtu.be/iVg30U6O764?si=bMn_pkQJL3rfHQtw

This feels kinda like Citypop mixed with Chillwave, maybe with some Vaporwave elements in it. In any case it's unique and I like it.
Saint Germain Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 This song is the embodiment of Barbenheimer. KatRN05 1
