I mean I can guess. But what is the point? (Penny just there for scale as a spent casing wont be recognized by many)rps20170606_221045_063.jpg

Some states require a spent casing be included with any new pistol sale.  This looks like a test fired case for a .22LR pistol.  Only needed of something bad happens with said gun.
