Absurd Section sign

I'm not sure if this was just a passing topic or if people were serious about creating signs for the "absurd section" at the Red Apple. I wouldn't mind making them now that I do have time   

( ^ u ^).  Any suggestions for how they should look?

Well, when you think about it, it's only for one evening.  I see nothing wrong with it.  They should be double sided table signs to go in the wire racks on the condiment caddies.

I like the background.  I'm thinking just have the words

ABSURD SECTION

right across the top as big as possible.

The idea is anyone is able to join regardless if they are DGNers or not.

When you have a busy background, you want your lettering to be as clear as possible.  Try Ariel or Times New Roman...something like that.  This font looks like it's about to swirl down the hole to Deegon.

Also, that "I" looks like a "J".

I think this will look cool...once the lettering is handled, then we will see what everyone thinks.

My brain kept saying "something's wrong...letters, letters"...then I realized what it was.

Here's and idea...the DGN traditional font is Blackletter Gothic.  Maybe you can see if you can download a version of that to use.  There are several Blackletter styles, but I think it will do the trick.
