I didn't add it to my gallery because this wasn't my image, but was it uploaded as a .HEIC because you are having issues with image uploads?

I don't even know what that file type is. I just airdropped the picture from my phone to my PC, since they're both Apple.

Yes, that's because things are outdated and it's not up on all these new whiz-bang formats.

It exists in the US.  Pretty sure Ale Mary in Royal Oak has it.  Definitely elsewhere too.

Though be careful, I've heard some formats can harbor viruses.  Most things have safeguards against those these days though.
