I totally feel you there.  CJ has barely been home since she graduated high school.  She completed her first year at college, has a job and hangs out with her boy friend on a regular basis.  I just try not to worry because she will be 20 in a heartbeat, but she is still our little girl.

Omg yeasss,  they'll always be our baby to us and you know they don't like that lol. I mean I have to stalk his snapchat and then if he doesn't go on I'm texting his dad like crazy lady like is he home yet, I don't even think his dad is paying attention to when he's home or not.  My son is just out driving at like Midnight on a Tuesday he tells me. Grr. I better just remember when I was young too I guess but that's the part that scares me.

Make sure you wear a mask.  In other countries, when someone has a cold or hay fever, they wear a mask as a courtesy to those around them.

It's bronchitis.  I ended up having to go to urgent care because it was so bad I completely lost my sense of taste.  Staff had me in isolation because they thought I had covid.  The doctor gave me steroids and antibiotics and had me off for Thursday and Friday.  I've never lost my taste until this. Weird.

Loss of taste is one of the symptoms of COVID.  I can see how that would have sent everyone into red alert.

When I die I don't want to have people saying lies about me and how I was loved and good because I am not. I am a miserable person and unwanted. When I'm dead I don't want sugar coated shit. Throw me in the ocean or something.  I don't care.

I'm amazed at how busy I've been since the last week of July.  I'm not used to being away from the forum this long.  It's weird.

I hope I can keep up with everything.  I have one kid heading back to college this Fall, the other kid is starting 11th grade with me as the Learning Coach next month and getting ready to sign Trene up for 4 weeks of physical therapy.  Wow, I've got a lot going on.

😐

Gonna veg...

I wonder if there was a Solar Flare earlier today.  All of our cellphones here were unable to transfer data.  Fortunately, the phones were still able to be used as phones.  How ironic...:hrhr:

Omg some weird shit just happened. My neighbor had a BBQ for everyone here. It was cool but I came in at like 7 because I didn't feel great, well 5 minutes ago he knocked on my door with 2 beers,  asked if I wanted to drink with him and I declined. He was so drunk and than he asked me for a cig and so he followed me in the apartment and I gave him one and he starts asking me for a kiss! I'm just like baffled and shocked and feeling all types of weirded out and I'm like,  I'm sorry I can't do that, he asked again and I was like sorry but you're my neighbor!! This is why I don't socialize.

That's like sexual harassment.  Just make sure he can't get into your apartment. Lock the door.

Yea, I have a deadbolt on also. He's an older man and has never done that to me before, he's usually so polite and kind. I know I have heard of him flirting with the women here basically when I first moved in. Everyone who lives here is single too.

Maybe he's a flirtatious drunk...not that it excuses his behavior.  He could actually be reported to authorities.
