Settling back in from assisting with an early morning M.I.N.D. appointment for Moe in Farmington Hills

Back in from yard work.  Got cleaned up and now I'm watching Shark Week.

Trying to figure out how far I technically would have to be away from the driveway end in order for the neighbors to be able to get their boat in. Apparently the last time I parked out there, when I first moved here I was too close to their driveway and my landlord had left me a note on my door while I was gone about it.  The guy,  I had heard was not a nice person so I assumed he was mean about it so I stopped parking out there and he seen me one day and flagged me down and was super nice and wanted me to know that he hope it didn't come off as being mean or something...he was actually very nice.  He's like you can still park there lol..I'm thinking I know dude 😆 

Anyway,  maybe I was just a little too close..I forgot everyone has a boat round here..grr...I know nothing about these floating things. I feel so out of touch with this lifestyle. It's very relaxed...weird. The women here usually someone,  especially after they have a buzz on the weekends..at my window..."Kat, we're out here having wine if you want to come out..This weekend I have been exceptionally antisocial. I'm sure they see my bitch side now.

The girl starts college in one week, so stuff needs to be packed and ready to go.

The boy starts K-12 in 3 weeks, but his registration is not finalized yet due to name change issues.

We have medical check-ups that need to be done, course materials that need to arrive and appointments that need to be kept.

 

I'm getting mentally tired just typing about all of this...

 

But it's got to be done.
