Sitting in the New Orleans airport for a flight home and suffering from post convention depression. It's a odd feeling where, despite having the weekend being non stop go, you're relaxed and enjoying yourself and being among family you've chosen and not wanting to go home. Taking a break from washing clothes.  I've been at it since 1:30pm today.  But I managed to get everything stabilized enough to go up and down the stairs and for the washing machine to not be walking across the basement floor.

A stretch workout.  The arthritis in my hip makes sitting still a bit of an issue, so I'm taking a page out of Trene's Therapist's book to address the pain and joint stiffness. So far so good.
