First time i've heard of "MC Witches" sounds interesting.  Congrats on the new position!

Literally 20 goth nights have started and died since I got into this.    Really takes serious >long term< commitment since goth nights always start out slow and take a LONG time to establish themselves.  Partly for the above reason.  Most people assume goth nights will disappear.  The only exception to that was CC but they fucked that up /sad face. 

 

Needs ownership buy-in.  Which it never seems to have.  After not very long they are wondering where the cash is, they generally couldn't care less what kind of music gets played so there is no incentive to stick it out for 2 years to build it up when they can just switch to almost any other format and make money faster.  

 

Needs a lot of things to go right.  Hopefully it will!
