TronRP, can you translate the Japanese on this t-shirt?

I tried drawing the kanji with jisho.com but I can't figure out what it says.  I still took a risk and bought the shirt because I think it's pretty cool, I know the "no" or sideways 9 for non-speakers is probably turning the kanji on the left into an adjective for the kanji on the right.  If you are bored maybe you will have more luck than me figuring out what this says.
