You can post comments to insight a riot.

You can post content to imply illegal activity.

You can post conspiracy theories with "photo evidence".

You can even be the CEO of Facebook and sell off its user's personal information.

But heaven forbid you post a published, public article depicting a nude feminine form.

The only real bullshit thing is that people still use Facebook.  There are other, better social networks out there (this included) that kinda get tossed by the wayside in favor of websites that steal customers data and shove ads in their faces (whether they know it or not.)

Delete Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc...  Generally if it's free you are the product (DG.N is funded through donations.)

I love Facebook.  The ban on nudity has been a rule since the site was created, so that doesn't surprise me at all.  DGN isn't a social network, it's a message board... and better it may be, but, to be honest, there's minimal traffic here.  I use facebook simply because my friends/family are on it and it makes life a lot easier to stay in touch that way.  I do have a secondary account in case I get banned... although I haven't been in Facebook jail in quite a while.

What do you think the difference is exactly?

A message board is a form of a social network.  Also since MySpace/Facebook most message boards have incorporated parts of those sites into them such as friends and likes.  When I was using phpBB 20 years ago we didn't have anything but avatars, our contact info, and maybe a small about me/interests section.
