Anna Phylaxis Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 When Boaz isn’t fighting me for my food, he is staring me down, hoping that I will put it aside and forget that it exists. Show me pictures of the animals that stare you down while you eat. kat and Bean2.0 2

Scary Guy Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 No image, but my rescue pitbull wandered away and then tried to run full force at me while I was sitting on the couch watching television. I just moved my plate and stared her down like "what the hell was that?" She hasn't tried it since. One of the sweetest dogs ever and very smart, but she don't listen very well (or at least doesn't choose to.) If I can get a good photo while I'm eating I'll post it.

Silent Bob is 11 and Bulma is about a year and a half. It doesn’t matter what I’m eating or win, but those two will sit in front of any one of us and you can just hear Sarah McLachlan‘s “Angel” in your head. They look so pathetic. But if you looked at both of these dogs, you would know that they definitely get fed.😂 both of the sphinx cats do the same thing. We had a 20 year old sphinx named Iggy, who passed away last July. Both Iggy and Boaz are rescues. The day before he died, he was still fighting us for chicken. He had no teeth and was older than dirt, but it did not stop him. I miss that fucking cat so much. creatureofthenyte Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 This is Buddy. One of two cats that I have. This little guy… When I’m home, sitting at the table eating dinner… Buddy walks by, behind me, on the floor. He jumps up on the counter. Then he jumps up on top of the fridge(which is next to the dinner table). He walks from one side of the fridge to the other… Looks down at me, thinking he’s all slick & sly. Then he does a Bonzai drop onto the table, right in front of my plate. Brazen little rascal. Bean2.0, Anna Phylaxis, kat and 1 other 4
Bean2.0 Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 Koshka the food ninja. He shows up out of nowhere when we're eating. He demands a sample of the food. If he doesn't like what we're eating, he looks offended, and demands additional samples and continues to be offended we're eating something he doesn't like. He will also grab food from my hand and run off with it. creatureofthenyte, Anna Phylaxis, The1andonlyMEG and 1 other 4

Is this the baby that you told me about years ago that used to be laying in the sun when you would get home from work?

Anna Phylaxis Posted May 31, 2023 Author Posted May 31, 2023 This creeper is Skyndi Laupurr. She sneaks up on you, and then pounces and scares the ever living shit out of you, whenever she has the opportunity.

Anna Phylaxis Posted July 2, 2023 Author Posted July 2, 2023 (edited) The son of a friend of ours is going to be out of town a lot this summer and then going to college. So we have been blessed with Tiki. He is such a sweetheart! I can’t get over how affectionate and cuddly he is to everyone that he has met so far! My African Grey and my Blue Crown are assholes. This bird is so excited when I walk into the room. It’s the coolest thing. He’s probably gonna learn some dirty words from Suzy Hotrod, though. 😂 Edited July 2, 2023 by Anna Phylaxis
Scary Guy Posted July 16, 2023 Posted July 16, 2023 (edited) This is Iris, my pitbull rescue who is one of the sweetest dogs on the planet. We didn't rename her and just figured if she was already used to it why needlessly confuse her? The pillow is kind of a new thing since dad's back has been acting up, so it's great for lumbar support. I said I'd get around to it, but wasn't able to while I was eating. She's always hungry for love and affection though too. Edited July 16, 2023 by Scary Guy
