The modern lack of Latenightlife

I don't know what the fuck happened other than COVID and "no one wants to work anymore!" (Not for the shit wages you pay anyway), but there is dickall to do at this hour in an area with 3.5 million people in it.  By this hour I really mean between the hours of about 2 AM to 9 AM.

 

Almost everywhere that used to be 24 hours is now closed or carry-out only and that's depressing.  I want that back damnit!

I need to start a social club and get a clubhouse we can all hang out in whenever we want, or something.  Really it's "late" and I'm bored and annoyed.  I miss the tattoo shop parties @Destroit and Raven (but not that Raven) had, but that also wasn't in a great area either.  IDK maybe I'll go for a walk and get harassed by some cop for existing out of my house without spending any money, or maybe I'll just go make a snack instead.

Anyway where do you guys go when you want to get out?  Maybe I can make a list here.

Usually when I want to go out I go to cemeteries. Never been charged for entry

Part of the problem with that is all the parks close at 9PM or dusk, whichever comes first.  I really don't want to deal with cops coming to hit me with a trespassing charge.  Especially since I'm almost always armed and this is a duty to inform state (even though I think that's a violation of our right to remain silent.)

 

But yes, in my youth I've skulked around a graveyard or two in my day.  Once with @Fallenbutterfy and another time with @gwen and Earl (actually that one was 2006-06-06.)

What was really funny is the one I went to with @Fallenbutterfy was the same one I went to with another friend (during the day that time) and was all like "Hey, I've been here before" because I didn't remember which one we went to the first time.  History doesn't repeat itself, but sometimes it rhymes.
