poetically_outspoken Posted July 19, 2005 Posted July 19, 2005 whats the best eyeliner to use thats not liquid?
Hellion Posted July 19, 2005 Posted July 19, 2005 :devil I found some at the Dollar General stores; It works really good!!
bean Posted July 19, 2005 Posted July 19, 2005 Revlon Colorstay. It goes on nice and dark without having to press hard, and it twists up in the tube (comes with a little sharpener in the cap). It stays on for a good length of time, and washes off easily.
Fierce Critter Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 I was also going to recommend the Revlon Colorstay. The stuff is fantastic.
kellygrrrrrl Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 I use Black Eyeshadow.....Works very well, doesn't smear or run. Try Cover Girls Black Onyx eye shadow! Here is a photo of my eye!

Brenda Starrr Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 Where the Hell is Soulrev??? He needs to read this thread.
gothicmom Posted July 23, 2005 Posted July 23, 2005 I was also going to recommend the Revlon Colorstay. The stuff is fantastic. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ditto thats what aym and I use
Brenda Starrr Posted July 23, 2005 Posted July 23, 2005 I have never used that. I'm so used to using MAC or Dior that I never stop and think "Hey! Maybe there's a cheaper version out there!!" I'm not a snob. I've just spent so much time working for department store cosmetic counters (say THAT 5 times fast!) that I didn't have to buy the inexpensive stuff anymore. I'll have to try it!
Vater Araignee Posted July 23, 2005 Posted July 23, 2005 Black eyebrow pencil. But my two cents aint worth the paper I print it on unless you want to go horrific.
Pris Stratton Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 I know this is an old thread but it must be said Mabelline Eye Studio 24 Hr is the best eyeliner! It comes in a little pot, doesn't run, smear, melt etc. Very versatile, can go on dark & smudgy or very precise, awesome stuff! At $10 its pretty reasonable for the high quality!
jynxxxedangel Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 L'Oreal Wear Infinite Waterproof Eyeliner. You can buy it for under $10 on Amazon.com.
hunhee Posted July 7, 2010 Posted July 7, 2010 I use bare minerals onyx eye liner.. with the thicker brush (it's powder, but you can add water and use it like a liquid). I love it. Don't know how much it costs, probably a lot. I bought it a long time ago. It has lasted me a very long time (I wear it most days, even if I'm not wearing anything else, eye-liner is a necessity), even it if cost me like $17 I think I've had the same container for like 5 years, break that down, and it's probably worth the money, just for that fact.
torn asunder Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 i've had pretty good luck with the revlon wet/dry pencil. stays pretty well, but still fairly easy to remove. and it's relatively inexpensive...
Eevee Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 I've pretty much always used Revlon Colorstay. Then again, I'm not a huge makeup-doer...so its not like I really experimented with anything else aside from maybe one or two other brands in the past.
