Good for you, PH. Having a slight buzz can be nice at CC. You feel a little loose, but you still have control. :happy:

*Also, No support group needed for me any more (congragulations Mr Hearts!!!). Mr Hearts held himself to a measly 4 drinks through 4 hours at the club on Saturday. Yes, I'm now a random drone just like all the other normal people now!

what do you do at the gym - do you just do weights? do you take a class?

Well, today is my first day back in 3 months. What I normally do is:

Use the eliptical trainer for 45 minutes

Do some circuit or free weights

Depending on the day, yoga or aerobics

I want to take the boxing classes. That would be awesome. I've seen some of the girls who take it, and they're built. Just from doing the classes 2 to 3 times a week.

Sorry, I haven't been around DGN in a while so I missed the development of this thread. Is there any actual planning to meet in person, or is it more like posting goals and motivation, etc?

If anyone wants to exercise with a group, you could join me wednesday nights in Royal Oak for a 'track workout' with some friends of mine. Of course, these friends regularly race in triathalons so this may not be very appealing to many of you, hehe.

If anyone is in the downtown area, I've started jogging on an almost daily basis if you want to run with me.

i was thinking- both. doing it here and meeing up for those that really want to do things with another person or in a group.

that actually reminded me that i joined something like that with some dgner/crypt people but i totally forgot about it! and i have no idea the link or anything. oops.

i have been really lame with this- i haven't been doing anything i had set in mind to do. first thing on my list was to give up cafe mochas and spend less time on here. i haven't done either yet....

Yeah, I've been lame too. I've even put on 2 extra pounds recently. =(

I think we should do meeting's at a different person's house every week. Or we could just meet at a bar and talk about our problems over a LIT :laughing

Seriously tho, I'd be very interested in this.
