Ok, I had this song stuck in my head and part of it was "red light special" so I wrote that down. Then I was thinking of secret agent, and wrote down agent. Then I was thinking about James Bond and how he fucked a lot of chicks and how it would be funny if they made movies where he failed his missions but still got laid. So that is how I came up with:

Red light

special agent

failing every mission

but one.

For the second part, I was thinking about how most people are sheep because they follow trends and do what society wants them to do, but when it comes to important things (like raising children) they don't listen to good advice and knowledge and fuck it all up. Then I thought about how ants and worker bees follow orders without thinking. That is how I got:
