I have the feeling that gravy may last you a little while.  lol.  You can always freeze some or use some cream and butter to thin it out a bit and add veggies to turn it into a soup.

Just got home from work and about to eat some McDonald's.  It's kind of funny that I can cook all kinds of good, healthy, and fairly quick foods but I still resort to stopping for dollar menu items on my way home.  lol

That's good country cooking.  Just wait until I perfect my rivels.  I am sure I don't need to explain what they are to you since you have family down south.  Then we will have some awesome soups to add to my recipe collection.
