I added salt, "Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce" and some Ginger Dressing my sister made to give it flavor.

 

Although "ima" claims to be a "Japanese-inspired" noodle restaurant, it should be renamed:
Asian Fusion ~ Potluck Cuisine.

 

It's like they took the foods from every Asian culture that cooks with noodles and threw it all in the same bowl and called it Japanese.
