My mother made a quiche. And, yeah, eggs hurt me, but it was worth it: caramelized onions, bacon, artichoke hearts and five cheeses! Mmmm. It's even better on the second day.

The most delicious of cichlids, Tilapia-- smeared with lemon zest, garlic, and parsley compound butter, sprinkled with lemon juice, topped with Progresso Italian breadcrumbs, and broiled.
