A half of Black bean burger w/ apple wood smoked brown sugar rubbed bacon {thick slice} w/ chedder & pickles..

& a fab salad Rev made the other day w/ pomegranate vinaigrette.

post-workout drinks, consisting of;

drink 1) quick-digesting carbs *grape flavor!* (1 scoop/40g Waxy Maize (amylopectin - corn-based modified starch))

(wait 15 min. or so)

drink 2) protein shake *ice cream strawberry flavor!* (1.5 cups skim milk, 1 scoop (28.4 g) powdered whey protein, 2 teaspoons CGT (powder containing 5g Creatine Monohydrate, 3g L-Glutamine, 2g Taurine,, and 5g Inulin)

Egg salad, mixed with Cajun spices and chives, on toasted pumpernickel rye-- with three slices of bacon, and leaf lettuce.

..and two green olives skewered on each toothpick holding the halves of the sammy together. :)
