BAKED TROUT WITH HERBS 1 trout 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped 3/4 tsp. dried basil 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. dried thyme 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. butter Salt Pepper Lay trout open and sprinkle the herbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper inside. Dot with slices of butter. Bake at 400 degrees, 10 to 15 minutes until done. Remove skin and serve.
