TronRP Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 Damn girl, how the hell you stay so skinny? I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous . Funny, my mother says the same thing. Sadly, it is a condition I suffer from. I have an extremely high metabolism with bouts of hyperactivity. I can do hours of exercise and hard labor and not miss food or drink. The more I move, the less I eat...thus I suffer from weight lose and dehydration on a regular basis. Some coworkers I told about it said I was lying because I lose a pound or two just going to sleep each night. If I don't eat within a certain time frame, I stop feeling hungry and then I forget to eat. This becomes a major issue when I am out of the house which is what just happened this past week...I lost 4lbs and had to put it back on. (I beefed about that in another post) My health guru, Ken Roycroft, told me to keep a food diary to monitor my weight and food intake. I have been able to keep my symptoms from flying out of control since 2008. I still have some major troubles now that I have 2 massive fibroids pushing on my innards, but so far so good.
