FarrIL Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 After almost 5 months, to put a long story short, Ray and I are done for now. Hopes to try again in the future, but for right now, it just wasnt the right time in both our lives. =_=;;

Homicidalheathen Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 It does get better, at least you were both adult enough to stay friends...some of my best friends started out as lovers...
FarrIL Posted August 9, 2005 Author Posted August 9, 2005 well farrIL since your single now.....How YOU doin? :laughing <{POST_SNAPBACK}> :blushing You silly git...... HH: Yeah, usually for me, it's the other way around. I like starting out as friends..... I just hope that Ray and I remain as good as friends as what we were, even when we were going out. Hugs are great and I would still want to be there for him when he's upset, like a friend would be.

Good things happen to those who wait, are patient or in due time. ^_^
soothsayer Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 well farrIL since your single now.....How YOU doin? :laughing <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Damn Daevion, give this woman some time to grieve so she can mend her broken heart. Ok, it's been two days..........so FarrIL, how you doin?
SomeDanGuy Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 It's good that you realized it wasn't the right time and stopped things for now. I was in a similar situation, but never really had the nerve to end it, and things ended up getting........well....really, really bad. Recently we've begun talking again and are now friends once more, so I can tell you that it can certainly work out remaining friends afterward
FarrIL Posted August 9, 2005 Author Posted August 9, 2005 *hugs and head rubs* <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ::: Purrs at the head rubs ::: MMmmmmmrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr SomeDanGuy: Yeah, I'd enjoy remaining friends with someone like Ray with how close we were. He was the one that realized it wasnt the right time, like I said, I didnt mind the stress.... but he did. So, to alleviate it, breaking up was his decision.
SomeDanGuy Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 Ah, I see. That's a little more difficult then, being on your end. Usually the concern now is feelings of self-doubt and 'what is wrong with me?' but I don't hear that from you, so that's good. I think the reason none of us have any really stellar advice to offer you is that you are obviously mature well beyond your years already. Of course, I'm sure anyone here is available for hugs and hair-stroking. If it's an emergency, call the hotline at 1-800-DGN-HUGS

He never said "I dont like this about you"..... hell, the only thing he told me he'd prefer I do is dye my hair (( red/burgundy specifically, as he likes red-heads. In this case, I told him I'd to a two-tone dye job, a lighter red up top and the burgundy beneath...... he liked the idea )). As for my being mature beyond 19 years old, that's where you flatter me. =3
Goth Brooks Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 I'm not sure Daevion's post counted... if it didn't... DIBS!
