Black Sunday9 Posted August 10, 2005 Author Posted August 10, 2005 I am at 214 today. I want to get back to my old weight of 185, so a little more than 25 pounds actually. I think I can do it.
Paper Hearts Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 If you just stick to eating raw pork, you will eventually lose weight.
Brenda Starrr Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 I lost 180lbs a few years back. I got a divorce.

Paper Hearts Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 I have a freind who's a doctor and that was his answer to the Atkins plan.
sinnaminn Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 you and me both! Now that I had a cheez its attack though, it's Dt Mt Dew for me. I'm so damn tired. I can clear a 2 liter bottle in one shift. Now everyone do the math with me Mt Dew-the highest calorie cola at 170 calories/serving x a 2 liter bottle= one eternal fatass! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> :laughing So true!I'm glad I got that monkey off my back!
soothsayer Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 I lost 180lbs a few years back. I got a divorce. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> :laughing After I slpit up with my daughters mom I had had enough of people calling me fat, and other not so friendly things referring to my weight. Within 4 months I went from a 37 inch waist to a 29 inch waist. I am proud that I could do that without anyone's help. :grin I lost about 55 lbs.
soothsayer Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 When I met you at CC Nienna I thought you looked stunning. =)
Brenda Starrr Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 I'm aiming for 50-80... in under 5 months.. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Shya! Nienna is fucking gorgeous!

Thick, but not fat!
Marblez Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 A 37 inch waist is fat??? Thick, but not fat! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually it depends on the frame.
Lilith Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 I confess I do have a diet pop from time to time but it seems I always end up asking myself why am I drinking this crap!I hope a more taste bud friendly version of diet mt.dew is in the works! =) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I guess for Uncle diet dew was the only one he could tollerate, for me i have been drinking the stuff since i was 16 so i am rather used to it. Also i notice if you buy the 20 ounce bottles from the local gas station party store, it sometimes tatse funny. I think because some places do not sell it fast enough it gets kinda old and this yellow powder stuff settles tothe bottom, kinda gross, i allways look atthe bottoms befor i buy em. I find the freshest ones at speedway (they allways sell out ) or the grocery store. diet dew dont have any calories, fat or carbohydrates and contains 25 mg of sodium. It's stats look pretty good. And i can verify it wont make you gain weight either i drink 2 2liters a day and pretty much have for the last 8 years and i have stayed right around the same wieght and any that i have gained i can pretty much pin point the reasons why, and its not the pop. Now it might make ya retain water from the sodium but a few days of drinking the pure clean stuff and that goes away. lilith
the eternal Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 I lost 180lbs a few years back. I got a divorce. Yeah but didnt you gain it all back in 2002?? A 37 inch waist is fat??? Thick, but not fat! OK I'm curious of your frame definitely. I was a size 38 and I felt fat and was overweight but not to the point evryone was coming up to me over it. I lost about the weight you did (50-60 lbs) and am now around a 33. Let me tell you something, it has gotten so much harder to find clothes! I dont think we're that fat as a country, but we're sure not slim. If I was the kind to buy $180 jeans, I'd be fine, but I'll tell you my haunts (don't laugh, Im not rich and I look good preppy) are KOhl's and Marshalls, and I came to a realization that the average guy does not look like me anymore. And forget about finding a suit. As tall as I am they dont make my length in mass (unless again you want to pay hundreds for something you wear once a week or so-not me.) Bottom line: your old weight was probably the norm- as fat as you think that was. I guess for Uncle diet dew was the only one he could tollerate, for me i have been i drink 2 2liters a day and pretty much have for the last 8 years and i have stayed right around the same wieght lilith I always wondered if there was a community of people who cant drink coffee but so weight obsessed, they'd drink this piss water with me. I'm HOME! I'm HOME!
saechalyn Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 I want to lose at least 30 more pounds. 50 would be ideal.
Guest MsMaldoror Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 All I did was eat less the past couple of days, and I feel weak. =( I'm jealous that most men can lose weight much faster than women.
Brenda Starrr Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 Yeah but didnt you gain it all back in 2002?? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, but only 160lbs this time. That's 20lbs less!!
