TomCat Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 Once again you & I are in the same boat.Weight Watchers PLUS 30 to 60 minutes of exercise 6 days a week is the one and only way. I'll be hitting that BIG time once my healing is done. I can't have sex for 6 FKN WEEKS! :tear :tear :tear <{POST_SNAPBACK}> :doh pisser

SomeDanGuy Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 I meant to point this out a while ago: A weight loss of just 10% of your current weight is enough to cause clinically significant improvements in health.
TomCat Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 I'll videotape my escapades for you to enjoy over the next 6 weeks, ok??
gothicmom Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 I have been doing weight watchers religously for a month and have lost not an ounce. I think my health problems are just making stuff stick. The scary thing is: if I wern't dieting, I'd be gaining Yikes! It's a bummer though. I'm always hungry and never get to eat anything I want and I'm not seeing any results... Anybody have an alternate, pretty severe diet that is balanced? (I don't do well on Atkins or South Beach) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Are you also taking measurements? You may be losing inches, losing fat but gaining muscle. Just a thought. How are your clothes fitting?
holliwood66 Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 I've been too tired from new hectic job. Not bigger but not smaller either. No diet, no exercize, nothing...I can feel everything going south, east and west. :blink Meh, I will just have to bring some tennies and do 30-40 or so walk at lunchies and get my heinie to the gym 3 days a week for weights/kickboxing class.
