eek, I always joked that this would happen to my ex, he became unhealthy and I'd have to have his friends take over the game so he would eat, or sleep. I hate video games, before those he was a good guy.

Tourist... I played Windwaker (Legend of Zelda) for almost four days straight, non-stop. Didn't phase me none, other than I slept for 24 hours when I finally did go to bed. Only stops were for food and bathroom.
