Head Wreck Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 GAH 7 of us traveling to kent, 2 cars, peugeot 205 and a peugeot 306 well everyones kit is here now ready to be put in the 306... but what pisses me off is i say bare minimum of kit. everyone brings thier own tents, sure. cept when everyone brings 5-6 birth trents intending for thier use... i could fill the boot up with tents let alone clothes, armour and weapons. for example Hywel turns up in his 307. he doesnt want to drive, and tbh, he isnt confident enough of a driver to do the 4 hr haul. yet he fills his boot up with his kit and toms (toms kkit is just one daysack thank god) so how does he expect to pack that in a 306 bootpace with 3 other peoples kit. 2 of which have a tent that will fill 1/4 of a 205/106. didnt i say bare minimum kit?!?!?!?! mine is 90% armour. and looks like i may have to ditch some of my kit just to keep payload size and wieght down. ugh. rant over.
Paper Hearts Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 Rig a way to strap it to the outside, man-bungy cords. Or, kill him.
Head Wreck Posted August 10, 2005 Author Posted August 10, 2005 nah fuckit. i'll see how much i can pack. it doesnt help that one of the swords we'll be carrying is a 5' long un. whatever i cant fit. i cant fit. so essentials first. its just i dont want to put up with whinging about missing out on a super duper oversised steamer sized double airbed for 1 person.
