If you could die once, what would you use it for?

Would you save somebody's life? Smoke yourself into a cancerous oblivion? Sacrifice your life for your country? If you knew you were going to get a second chance, what, if anything, would you 'spend' your first life on?

I think about that one alot, I'd give all my organs, espically my heart, because I couldn't help fix my loved one when his heart was bad. although I don't think anyone needs my lungs, they are slowly looking like Cajun food
